Cancellation Policy
Glorious Beauty Salon – Cancellation & Booking Policy At Glorious Beauty Salon, every appointment is reserved with intention. To maintain a seamless luxury experience for all clients, we ask that you please review and respect our booking policies below: 📌 Deposits A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all extension and specialty services. Deposits are applied toward your final balance at checkout. Deposits are non-transferable. 📌 Cancellations We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in restricted future booking access. 📌 Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. Clients arriving after the grace period may need to reschedule, and a 50% rebooking fee may apply. Late arrivals that can no longer be serviced are considered cancellations. 📌 Extensions Services Extension appointments (sew-ins, tape-ins, K-tips, ponytails, installs) require: • Clean, detangled hair (unless you have booked shampoo/treatment services) • Proper scheduling to ensure you are receiving the correct service If you arrive unable to be serviced (tangled hair, incorrect install type booked), your appointment may be cancelled and subject to the 50% same-day cancellation fee. 📌 Respect for Time Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes directly affect our ability to service other clients waiting for availability. We uphold these policies to protect the quality, consistency, and luxury standard of the Glorious Beauty experience. 📌 Rescheduling Clients are allowed one courtesy reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
